Rebalance Item Allocated to Customer Order
Use this utility to verify that the Allocated to Customer Order field on the Items form is correct.
This utility checks each customer order line/release with a status of Ordered and increments the appropriate item's Allocated to Customer Order field to show the quantity ordered minus the quantity shipped.
Item Allocated to CO = (CO line item Qty Ordered) - (CO line item Shipped quantity).
The Background Queue form is accessible from the menu.
