RMA Verification Report

Use this form to print a document listing which materials are authorized for return. The document also shows the warehouse identified on the RMAs form as the Return To Address.

Depending on your business procedures, the RMA Verification Report may be used as an internal control document, a notification to the warehouse detailing which materials will be arriving back, and/or a verification to customers that the return of material is authorized to a particular warehouse.

This report does not include information about any replacement orders due the customer or any credits that may be associated with the return of material.

If the selections entered for RMA (number), RMA Date, and RMA Line fields produce no records, the RMA Verification Report will not print.
