Rebalance Customer Letters of Credit

Use this utility to correct the accumulated CO values tied to letters of credit. You can also use it to correct the accumulated shipped value of letters of credit tied to COs. The system processes only letters of credit with a status of Planned or Open. If the expiration date is earlier than today's date, the system changes the status to Expired.
