Problem Codes
Use this form to enter codes which you will use to track and report problems at the order level. After you enter a code of up to three characters, enter the description that explains what the code means.
Note: The system provides four different sets of
codes to help you track why material is returned, what happens to it after it is returned,
and other issues.
