Delivery Orders
Use this form to create delivery order headers. The header defines the customer and ship to numbers to which the lines and sequences are tied.
On the Cost Info tab, use the Collect fields to track estimated collect amounts. Use the Prepaid fields to track prepaid amounts. Prepaid amounts display on the delivery order's Pro Forma Invoice, and default to the value from the Consolidated Invoice Workbench form.
