RMA Parameters
Use this form to set default values for RMA functions.
On the General tab, use the sets of codes to help you track why material is returned, what happens to it after it is returned, and other issues. For more information about codes and parameters that help you tailor RMA to your business processes, see RMA Setup.
On the Extended Disposition tab, use the fields to set up information for RMA extended disposition.
