RMAs

Use this form to create authorizations for customers who wish to return or destroy material and receive repair, replacement, or credit as compensation.

Note: An RMA (Return Material Authorization) can only be created for a customer on the Customers form. Once you enter the customer number, basic customer information from the Customers form defaults to the RMAs form.

Some fields in the Tax Info tab are used by the European Union (EU). If the Activate EU Reporting field on the General Parameters form is not selected, some of these fields are disabled.
