Sales Order Information Boxes

The following table describes the default information boxes.

Box Description

Order ID

The unique ID assigned when the sales order was created.

Sales orders created in Infor CRM have a prefix of CRM. Sales orders created in an integrated product have a prefix of EXT.

Account The account associated with the sales order. To find , click the FindClosed button. This information is required.
Purchase Order The customer's Purchase Order number.
Opportunity The opportunity associated with the sales order. To find an opportunity, click the FindClosed button.
Customer RFQ

Type the customer's request for quote reference number.

If the sales order was converted from a quote.

Quote The original quote if the sales order was converted from a quote.
Status

The status of the sales order. Click the drop-down arrow and select an item from the list. If the status is changed to Closed, all associated products will be added as assets to the account.

This information is read-only if your implementation includes a Back Office Extension.

Date Requested The date the customer placed the sales order. To edit, click the CalendarClosed button to select the date.  
Due Date The date by which the sales order must be delivered. To edit, click the CalendarClosed button to select the date.  
Date Promised The date the sales order is promised to be delivered to the customer. To edit, click the CalendarClosed button to select the date.  
Comments

Type any additional notes about the sales order.

Infor CRM Back Office Extension only. These notes can be edited in either Infor CRM or the integrated application.

Back Ordered Select the check box if the products associated with the sales order are on back order.

Additional information may be available if your implementation includes a Back Office Extension. This information is for display only and must be added or edited in the integrated application. For specific questions please refer to the documentation for the integrated application or contact your administrator.
