Using the BOD Field Mappings List View
Infor CRM Back Office Extension only. The List view displays all of the BOD field mappings that you have access to.
The system administrator and users with the appropriate role can access these features.

BOD field mappings are most effectively managed within the context of back office they are associated with, so Infor CRM recommends creating groups with the back office in the layout and filtering the list based upon the back office. |
Open the BOD Field Mappings List view
- On the Navigation Bar, click ION Field Mappings.
Refresh list information
- Click the Refresh
button.
Open the ION Field Mapping Detail view
- Click the Name to open the BOD Field Mapping Detail view.
Open the Back Office Detail view
- Click the BOD Mapping Name to open the BOD Mapping Detail view.
