Using the Defect Activity Rate Detail View

The system administrator and users with the appropriate role can access these features.

Use the Defect Activity Rates detail view to view, edit, or delete a rate for a defect activity type.

How Do I?

Open the Defect Activity Rate detail viewClosed
  1. On the Navigation bar expand Support, and then click Defect Activity Rates.
  2. Find the defect rate you want to open and click the Description link.
Edit a defect activity rate Closed
  1. Open the Defect Activity Rate detail view.
  2. Make changes as needed to the Type, Description, or Rate / Hour boxes.
  3. Click SaveClosed.
Delete a Defect Activity RateClosed
  1. Open the Defect Activity Rate detail view.
  2. Click the DeleteClosed button.
  3. Click OK.
