Using the Product Detail View

The system administrator and users with the appropriate role can access these features.

Use the Detail view to see, add, or edit information for a selected record. The Detail view consists of information boxes, tabs, and a user-defined middle section.

How Do I?

Use the Lookup to search for records

Use the Task Pane group list or common tasks

View a group

Information Boxes

  • Name - The product name.
  • Description - A description of the product.
  • SKU - The product SKU (Storage Keeping Unit).
  • Family - The product family. Click the drop-down arrow and select an item from the list.
  • Type - The description of the product type. For example, Physical Product or Download.
  • Status - The status of the product. Click the drop-down arrow and select an item from the list.
  • Cost - The cost of the product.
  • Unit of Measure - The scale used to measure the quantity of the commodity.

Additional information may be available if your implementation includes a Back Office Extension. This information is for display only and must be added or edited in the integrated application. For specific questions please refer to the documentation for the integrated application or contact your administrator.

Additional tabs may be available if your implementation includes Infor CPQ.

CPQ Details

You can drag and drop tabs into the user defined middle section. The tab will remain there until it is moved back to the lower section.
