Opportunities Tab - Account Detail view

You can view information about the opportunities linked to the selected account. You can also create a new opportunity for the account.

How Do I?

Open the opportunities tabClosed

  1. Open the Account Detail view.
  2. Click the Opportunities tab. If the tab is not visible, click the More Tabs tab.

The Opportunities tab displays the following information:

  • Open - Displays the number of opportunities and the total potential of all open opportunities for the account.
  • Closed-Won - Displays the number of opportunities and the total potential of all closed and won opportunities for the account.
  • Closed-Lost - Displays the number of opportunities and the total potential of all closed and lost opportunities for the account.
  • Inactive - Displays the number of opportunities and the total potential of all inactive opportunities for the account.

The Opportunities tab grid has the following columns:

  • Opportunity Name - Displays the opportunity description.
  • Status - Displays the opportunity status.
  • Potential - Displays the total revenue that could be generated by the opportunity.
  • Probability - Displays the likelihood that the opportunity will be won.
  • Days Open - Displays the number of days the opportunity has been open.
