Printing a Report

The Print reports dialog box allows you to print overviews of sections of your detailed schedule.
Note:  You will only be able to print batches in your work area, which is indicated by the values in the from and to fields.
  1. Open the Print reports dialog box by selecting File > Print reports.
  2. Select a view from which you want to print.
  3. Select one or more titles.
  4. Use the selection pop-up menu (or type directly in the selection field) to indicate which information you want to print.
    Note:  The selection criteria varies depending on the report. For example, a report for orders will allow you to select one order or all. Another report may allow you to select the resource to include in the report.
  5. Click Print.
    Pressing and holding the Alt key while clicking Print saves the report information in tab-separated ASCII format. You are prompted for a file name. Titles, headers, and footers are not saved.
