About Models

The Models window displays the model name, the last modified date and also the name of the user who has locked the model. The published version and the backup of the model, if existing, are also displayed.

To access this window, select File > Models.

You can perform the following actions on a selected model:
  • Create a duplicate model using the Duplicate option. A Request dialog box is displayed wherein you can specify a name for the duplicate model.
  • Delete a model using the Delete option. The application prompts you to confirm the number of models, backups and published models to be deleted from the database.
  • Unlock the model using the Unlock option.
  • Create a backup for an existing model using the Backup option.
  • Restore a backup of the model using the Restore option.
    Note: In case other users are using the same model, a request dialog box is displayed to restart the application.
