Cancelling an ION Workflow

To cancel a workflow, you must go to the Detail view of the entity. For example, to cancel the workflow for a sales order:

  1. On the Navigation Bar, select Sales > Sales Orders. The Sales Orders List view is displayed.
  2. Click a Sales Order Number. The Sales Order Detail view is displayed.
  3. Click Cancel Workflow in the Sales Order Tasks section, in the Task Pane.
    Note: Alternatively, you can also cancel a workflow by executing these steps:
    1. Click the Active ION Workflows tab in the Sales Order Detail view.
    2. Click Cancel.
