Creating ION Workflow field mappings
To customize an ION Workflow as required, you can create Field mappings to the Workflow.
To create ION Workflow field mappings:

Adding an ION workflow field mapping in Infor CRM.
- Log on to Infor CRM, integrated with ION Desk.
- Click (App menu).
- Click Infor CRM.

Select Integration > Integrations > ION Workflow > .
The ION Workflow Detail view is displayed.

Click the ION Workflows tab.
The list of Workflows is displayed.

Click workflow_seed.
The workflow_seed Detail view is displayed.
- Click the ION Workflow Field Mappings tab.

Click +.
The Insert Workflow Mapping window is displayed.

Select these values
- Entity
- Select Ticket.
- Property
- Select Area.
- Sync Direction
- Select Both.
- Active
- Select this check box.
Note: Do not modify the other fields. - Click OK.
Repeat this step to create more field mappings -
Add Workflow properties in ION Desk corresponding to field
mappings in Infor CRM.
- Click (App menu).
- Click ION Desk.

Select Connect > Monitors & Workflows > Workflows > .
The Workflows window is displayed.
- Click the workflow_seed widget.
- Click x to deactivate the Workflow.
- Click the Workflow Properties link.
- Click +, to add a new property.
- Specify Area as the name.
- Select StringType in the Type field.
- Select Input.

Click Save.
If you have added more field mappings in Infor CRM, then repeat this step to add more workflow properties corresponding to each one of those.Note: The name must match the value in the name attribute of the Xpath field in the Infor CRM field mapping.
