The ION Workflow Field Mappings tab

Use this tab to define the field mappings for the workflow reference. The Name attribute in the Property XPath value of the field mapping must have the same value as the attribute name defined in the workflow, in ION Desk.

Note: Only the users with the Administrator role can access this tab.

To view the ION Workflow Field Mappings tab:

  1. On the Navigation Bar, select INTEGRATION > Integrations. The Integrations List view is displayed.
  2. Click ION Workflow. The ION Workflows tab is displayed in the ION Workflow Integration Detail view.
  3. Click a workflow. The ION Workflow Field Mappings tab is displayed in the Workflow Detail view.

On this tab, you can:

  • Add a field mapping.
  • Delete a field mapping. Select a field mapping and click Delete.
  • Copy an existing field mapping: Click the Copy link.
