Active ION Workflows tab

Use this tab to view the active Workflows for the selected entity. This tab can be viewed on the Detail view of these entities:

  • Leads
  • opportunities
  • Quotes
  • Sales Orders

To view this tab:

  1. On the Navigation Bar, go to the entity for which you want to view the active Workflow. The entity List view is displayed.
  2. Click the entity name. The Active ION Workflows tab is displayed on the entity Detail view.
