Integrations Detail view ION Workflows tab

Use this tab to view the sample workflows provided with the application and the workflows created in Infor CloudSuite CRM, for various entities.

Note: Only the users with the Administrator role can access this tab.

To view the ION Workflows tab:

  1. On the Navigation Bar, select INTEGRATION > Integrations. The Integrations List view is displayed.
  2. Click ION Workflow. The ION Workflows tab is displayed in the ION Workflow Integration Detail view.
  3. Select the Enabled check box to enable the integration.

On this tab, you can:

  • Add a workflow.
  • Edit a workflow. Click the workflow name in the Workflow Name column to edit the selected workflow.
    Note: The sample workflows cannot be edited.
  • Delete a workflow. Select a workflow and click Delete.
