Using the Opportunity List View
The List view displays all the opportunities which you can access. You can use groups and lookups to narrow the list of display records.
Note: Security access determines the available functions. Contact the
administrator for any modifications in access rights. WebViewer users cannot access
full
functionality.
To open the Opportunity List view, select from the Navigation Bar.
You can perform these actions:
- Click
(), to refresh list information. - Use the Summary View
- Work with records in a grid
- Filter my list
- Use the Lookup to search for records
- Click the opportunity description, to view the Opportunity Detail view.
