Opportunity Pricing Web Services

The Opportunity Pricing Web Service functionality enables you to retrieve the prices automatically, for the products added to the Opportunities, from the integrated ERP application.

Use Refresh Prices to retrieve the updated prices of the product, when the prices are updated in the integrated ERP application.

For each Opportunity, the associated Account must be promoted to the integrated ERP application, that is, the Account must exist in the ERP application. You can retrieve the prices only for the products that are maintained in the integrated ERP application.

Prerequisites

To enable Opportunity Pricing Web Service functionality, the Administrator must:

  • Enable the Back Office Extension integration.
  • Set the Local CRM Pricing option to False for the Opportunity.
  • Ensure that Infor CRM is integrated with the ERP, in which the product prices are maintained.
  • Set the Price Services option to Active for the integrated ERP.
  • Customize the Price mappings for the active Price Service, based on the organization requirement.
  • Enable the Infor CRM SOR Back Office integration, to send Opportunity Sync BODs from Infor CloudSuite CRM.
