Saving subsets
When you have marked the elements to form the subset, click in the Dimension Browser.

Note: You cannot change the sequence of the elements after you have saved
the subset.
The Save Subset dialog has options for saving subsets. Not all the options are available for all types of subsets. The first three options refer to the access and display of subsets. They can be selected for any subset type. The last two options are only for dynamic subsets.
- Public subset: Select this to make your subset available to other users.
- Flat view: In flat view users can rearrange the order of elements in the Dimension Browser. This affects how the dimension is displayed in Alea Ad-hoc reports
- Navigation subset: If a subset contains a consolidated element, this option let you expand the element and reveal all its base elements, regardless of how many of them you marked for inclusion in the subset.
