Opening subsets

Dimensions which contain subsets are shown in the Dimensions and Subsets dialog with a plus (+) icon. Click this to show the available subsets.

They are also shown in the Named Sets folder in the Database Structure and are available in the List Designer, where they can be used in defining lists in Ad-hoc reports.

To open a subset:

  1. Click Dimensions in the Database group on the ribbon. .
  2. Double-click the subset in the Dimensions and Subsets dialog.
