Container List page

Use the Container List page to edit the serial and lot numbers of the containers.

Facility
The name of the destination that is issuing a demand.
Ship To
The name of the destination to which the parts are shipped.
Shipper No.
The unique number to identify the shipper. You cannot modify the number after the shipper is created.
Shipper Date
The date the shipment will be sent. Defaults to the current computer system date.
Customer Part Number
The part number as defined by the customer.
Quantity Shipped
Indicates the amount shipped to the customer and the unit of measurement.
Unit of Measure
The unit of measure for the ordered quantity; for example, by individual unit, hundreds, thousands, foot, yards, gallons, pair so on. The commonly used abbreviations for the various unit of measure are EA (each), PC (piece), HU (hundreds), and TH (thousands).
Container Type
The container type used for the shipment.
Container Code
The code for the container. Typically, an alphanumeric AIAG (Automotive Industry Action Group) standard description where the first three characters are letters defining the type of container and the last two characters are numbers defining the container material. For example, BOX25 indicates that the container is a box made of corrugated or solid cardboard.
Units Per
The number of the parts usually shipped in the container. (Units Per is the total number of parts, and not the number of detail containers.)
Serial Number
The supplier-defined number associated with the container. The number is generated by the system when the labels are printed.
