Resending advance ship notices

After a shipper has been sent as an Advance Ship Notice (ASN), you can later resend the ASN.

To resend ASNs:

  1. Select Shipments > View ASNs.
  2. Select the search criteria.
  3. Click Continue.
  4. In the ASN List next to the ASN to be resent, click Resend.
  5. In the ASN Recipients table, select where the ASN should be sent (to customer, supplier, or both).
  6. Click Resend.
