View the history of the ASN (Advance Ship Notice), for example when the ASN (Advance Ship Notice) is cancelled and republished.

Facility

The name of the destination that is issuing a demand.

Ship To

The name of the destination to which the parts are shipped.

Ship From

The name of the location from which the parts are shipped.

Shipper

The unique number to identify the shipper. You cannot modify the number after the shipper is created.

Last Published ASN (Advance Ship Notice)

The shipper number of the last published Advance Ship Notice (ASN).

Ship Date

The date the shipment is sent. The default value is set to current system date.

ASN (Advance Ship Notice)

The shipper numbers of the published/republished Advance Ship Notices (ASNs).

Creation Date

The date and time indicating when the actions are performed on the ASN. Such as the cancellation and replacement of the Advance Ship Notice (ASN).

Purpose Code

The purpose of the Advance Ship Notice.
