Canceling advance ship notices

If the customer has not sent a receipt for a shipment, you can cancel the ASN by sending an ASN cancellation. When an ASN is cancelled, it is removed from the ASN list. You can then edit, delete, or republish the shipper.

To cancel an ASN:

  1. Select Shipments > View ASNs.
  2. Select the search criteria.
  3. Click Continue.
  4. In the ASN List next to the ASN to be cancelled, click Cancel.
  5. To send the cancellation, click Continue.
