Supply chain
After a metrics report has been generated, you can view both the supply chain and individual supplier performance scores and ratings through Supplier Exchange.
- The Supply Chain table provides information about the metrics report you are viewing. The default view is All Categories, but through the option, you can select a different category to view. When you select a category, the category's page is displayed.
- The Rating table displays the overall rating. If you are viewing All Categories, the rating applies to the supply chain as a whole. If you are viewing a specific category, the rating applies to the entire supply chain for that specific category.
- The performance summary
provides a graphical representation of how well your suppliers are performing.
If you are viewing all categories, the graphs represent their overall scores.
If you are viewing a specific category, the graphs represent their scores in
that category alone.
Through the graphs, you can drill down to see which suppliers fit into which categories. For a list of suppliers, click a shaded area in either graph. The Supplier List page displays, listing the suppliers belonging to the group represented by the shaded area on the graph. From this page, you can drill down for more detailed information on the suppliers.
- The Report Card displays only if you are viewing all categories. It displays the scores and ratings in each category. Through the report card, you can drill down to view category details by clicking the category button.
- The Details table displays if you are viewing a specific category. It displays the point scores and the rating for each test.
