Reports

The reports convert Supplier Exchange data into a formatted PDF. The PDF can be viewed and printed through Adobe Acrobat Reader, saved to your computer, and emailed to others in your organization. If you do not have Acrobat Reader installed on your computer, it can be downloaded free of charge from the Adobe site.

Many PDF reports can be generated from within the existing modules by clicking the Generate PDF toolbar button. For example, while viewing a demand schedule through the application, you can generate a PDF directly from the schedule page. Additional reports have been created. These reports are available:

The Shipment History report formats shipper information. The report list contains shipper numbers, the ship date, the quantity of parts the shipment contained and the shipper status (ASN sent or Staged). If your customer characteristic is set to update in-transit shippers when new schedules are published, you can filter by in-transit status.

The Premium Freight History report formats premium freight authorization information. Using the search criteria, you can limit the report to relevant authorizations. The report contains details on the authorizations and the total estimated and total actual costs associated with the authorizations.

The Premium Freight Cost Analysis report formats cost information. The report compares premium freight costs across facilities, Ship Tos, suppliers, reasons, carriers, expediters, and the individuals who authorized shipments. These comparisons help you to isolate costs and recognize areas for improvement.

The Premium Freight Trends report formats trend information. The report tracks premium freight cost and authorizations over time. This report establishes areas of improvement and areas of decline for premium freight.
