Inventory Levels page

Use the Inventory Levels page to view the inventory details.

Facility
Name of the destination issuing demand to which parts are to be sent.
Ship To
Name of the shipping destination to which parts are to be sent.
Part
Part number as established by the customer.
PO Number
The purchase order number associated to the requirements.
Model Year
Code associated with the part that indicates to which run it belongs.
Engineering Level
Customer defined code indicating the required version of the part that is associated to the requirements.
Total ASN Quantity
The number of parts currently being shipped.
Number of ASNs
The number of ASNs currently in-transit for the part.
Shortage Days
How far in advance the console's shortage indicator displays when the inventory is projected to reach safety stock level. For example, if the shortage tolerance is set to 3 and the inventory is projected to reach safety stock level on April 30, the indicator displays 3 days before April 30th on April 27th.
Safety Stock
The minimum number of parts to be kept on hand to reduce a risk of shortage.
Shortage Date
When the inventory is projected to reach the safety stock level.
Stoppage Date
When the inventory is projected to be below zero.
Date
When the transaction was or is expected to be made.
Type
The kind of transaction.
Supplier
The company responsible for supplying and shipping the part.
Shipper Number
A unique number to identify the shipper. After the shipper is created, the shipper number cannot be edited.
BOL (Bill of Lading)
The alphanumeric code issued by a carrier that references an individual shipment.
Shipping Date
The date on the shipper indicating when the shipment is to be sent.
Expected Arrival Date
When the shipment is currently calculated to arrive at the checkpoint based on updated checkpoint information.
Adjustment Quantity
The number of parts added to the inventory. Consumption quantities are negative and shipment quantities are positive.
Projected Quantity
The number of parts projected to be on hand after the transaction.
