Inventory Projection console page
Use the Inventory Projection console page to view the projection control details.
- Facility
- Name of the destination issuing demand to which parts are to be sent.
- Ship To
- Name of the shipping destination to which parts are to be sent.
- Part
- Part number as established by the customer.
- Inventory Status
- Whether the part is in a shortage or stoppage state.
- Part
- Part number as established by the customer.
- PO Number
- The purchase order number associated to the requirements.
- Model Year
- Code associated with the part that indicates to which run it belongs.
- Engineering Level
- Customer defined code indicating the required version of the part that is associated to the requirements.
- Quantity on Hand
- The number of parts currently in the customer's inventory.
- Total ASN Quantity
- The number of parts currently being shipped.
- Shortage Days
- How far in advance the console's shortage indicator displays when the inventory is projected to reach safety stock level. For example, if the shortage tolerance is set to 3 and the inventory is projected to reach safety stock level on April 30, the indicator displays 3 days before April 30th on April 27th.
- Safety Stock
- The minimum number of parts to be kept on hand to reduce a risk of shortage.
- Shortage Date
- When the inventory is projected to reach the safety stock level.
- Stoppage Date
- When the inventory is projected to be below zero.
