Schedules and requirements

In the schedule view, you can view three schedule types:

• Material Release
• Shipping Schedule
• Kanban Schedule

From a demand list, you can view net change across releases and access specific demand schedules. From the schedules, you can drill down to view individual requirements.

If three schedule types exist for the same part, with the same purchase order number, and the Demand Key field is set to Part in the Characteristic Set; the demand is fulfilled in this order of preference:

• Kanban
• Shipping Schedule
• Material Release
