About Timetables

A timetable is comparable to a roster. This is a set of user-sorted time periods. A timetable must have at least one time period. A schedule can have many timetables, each with its own set of sorted time periods.

A timetable can be linked to multiple resources that have the same time periods. You can change the timetable for the resource or you can change the list of resources for a timetable. For individual resources, you can change the default availability per time period.

These tabs are displayed in the Timetables entry dialog box:

  • General Tab - This tab contains generic information for timetables.
  • Resources Tab - This tab is used to view and modify the list of resources associated with the timetable.
  • Utilities Tab - This tab is used to view and modify the list of utilities associated with the timetable.
