LinkedIn Sales Navigator

LinkedIn Sales Navigator provides an integration between Infor CloudSuite CRM and LinkedIn. The integration enables sales representatives to find and build relationships with the prospects as well as the customers, which helps the organizations to extend the network and accelerate the sales process.

The Sales Navigator tab, in the Infor CRM Account, Contact, and Lead Detail views, displays the information that is retrieved from LinkedIn. To view this information, the users must:

  • Have a LinkedIn membership at the Team or Enterprise Sales Navigator level
  • Acquire the API and Secret Keys
  • Install the feature bundle
  • Enable and configure LinkedIn Sales Navigator in Infor CloudSuite CRM

The cloud edition simplifies the ease of use by eliminating the process of acquiring API keys and registering with LinkedIn.
