Using the Sales Navigator Tab
You can view the Sales Navigator tab on the Infor CRM Account, Contact, and Lead Detail views, after the LinkedIn Sales Navigator integration is configured.
In the Infor CRM Account Detail view, this tab displays the recommended leads, connections and the news for the selected account. This information is populated from the LinkedIn network. You can instantly connect with the prospective customers and add these customers as leads in Infor CloudSuite CRM.
In the Contact and Lead Detail views, this tab displays these sections:
- Icebreaker
- Related Leads
- Get Introduced
Note: To view the information received from LinkedIn
in Infor CloudSuite CRM, you must be logged on to LinkedIn. Else, the Sign in with LinkedIn option is displayed on this tab.
To view this option, the user must have a LinkedIn membership at the Team or Enterprise
Sales Navigator level.
