The EQ Configuration tab

Use the EQ Configuration tab to configure the optional Infor CRM integration with the CPQ Enterprise Quoting direct quote user interface.

To access this tab:

  1. Select Integration > Integrations. The integrations List view is displayed.
  2. Click CPQ Integration. The integration Detail view is displayed.
  3. Click the EQ Configuration tab.

On this tab, you can view and modify this information:

CPQ EQ Logical ID
The CPQ Enterprise Quoting Logical ID as defined in the ION Desk based Connection Point.
CPQ EQ API
The CPQ Enterprise Quoting URL as defined in the Infor ION API Endpoint.
CPQ EQ Enabled
Specify True in the Parent field to enable the CPQ Enterprise Quoting direct quote interface as the quote user interface for Infor CRM users.
Note:  To use Infor CQP Enterprise Quoting integration:
  • The Master Data Consolidation option must be enabled.
  • Infor CRM must be provisioned in the same Infor Ming.le tenant as CPQ Enterprise Quoting.
  • The Infor CPQ Configurator integration must be configured and enabled.
