Remittance advice
Remittance advice is a document specifying what the customer has paid. Part, quantity, and price details are included. Customers can send (import) a remittance advice document as a file into the application. Customers and suppliers can then view, through the application, paid invoices and the payment history.
Remittance advice can be tied to miscellaneous invoices. If the supplier creates and publishes miscellaneous invoices, the corresponding remittance advice process can move the invoices to a paid status.
Users can select to receive remittance advice alerts and to view remittance advice events on the Event Management console.
