Adding premium freight authorizations

To add an premium freight authorization:

Select Premium Freight > Create PFA.
Specify the authorization details.
Click Continue.
Specify the authorization details.
Click Save.
To make the authorization active, you must publish it. To publish the authorization, click Publish.

After an authorization has been published, it can be canceled to be returned to a status of open or closed to a status of closed.
