Viewing a delivery performance review summary
The DPR Summary page provides a quick look at the DPR process and at DPRs by reason code. It summarizes the number of DPRs issue, the number of late responses, and the number of rejected responses. It indicates the number of DPRs issued and the total number of demerits per reason code. The summary can be filtered to provide a summary of only specific suppliers, facilities, etc.
From the summary, you can drill into the number of DPRs to view a list of DPRs by reason code.
To view a DPR summary:
- Select .
- Select the supplier, facility, ship to, and part.
- Optionally, filter the DPR Summary by date. To filter by date, enter a start date and an end date to create a date range.
- Click .
- To see a list of DPRs in a category or test, click the Quantity hyperlink.
