Delivery Performance Review reason codes

Delivery Performance Review (DPR) reason codes are used on DPRs to explain the performance issue and assign a demerit quantity. The codes can be created for the entire company (All Facilities) or per facility. Codes attached to sent (imported) DPRs are automatically added to the system for the facility on the DPR.
