Adding shipment managers

To add a shipment manager:

  1. Select Global Track and Trace > Set Up Shipment Managers.
  2. In the Shipment Managers List click Add.
  3. Specify the contact information.
  4. In the Users table, select the users who will log in as the shipment manager. Users can be filtered by selecting a role from the list.
  5. In the Facilities table, select the facilities for which the shipment manager is responsible.
  6. Click Save.
