Project Purchase Order Commitments Report

This report shows all outstanding purchase order commitments for a selected range of projects, tasks and jobs, organized by project and task. The report shows the quantities ordered and received, the total cost, and the cost remaining on each order.

You can elect to include projects with the statuses of Active, Inactive, Complete, History, and Estimate on the report. In addition, you can elect to include PO line/release statuses of Planned, Ordered and Filled.

If a purchase order is referenced to a job material, the report also includes the job information. In this case, the quantity ordered is the job material quantity required, and the unit cost comes from the Unit Cost field on the Items form.
