Project Advance Ship Notice
Use this form to alert your customers that project resources have shipped. First create an advance ship notice record in the form, then print the notice in the Print Project Advance Ship Notice report form.
The ASN consists of a summary of shipping information and a description of items shipped. You can modify information about specific items on the Project Advance Ship Notice Line Item form.
Advance ship notices are based on project header information or on project packing slip records generated in the Project Packing Slip form. The system uses this information to fill in the Project Advance Ship Notice form.
