Project/Job Period Costs
This form displays both a graphical view and a grid view of summed Forecast, Budget and Actual costs at monthly periods. These values are summed at each time period based on the input criteria given at the top of the form.
After changing the input criteria on the form, you must click the button to see current data. %Complete Detail data that meet the input criteria is used to populate the graph and grid. The grid contains a Cost Code Variance that is a comparison of the Derived Budget Cost vs. Actual Cost. The Status Flag in the grid indicates whether Actual values are within tolerance based on the Cost Code Variance parameters set on the Evaluation tab of the Project Parameters form.
