Enabling CPQ

The integration of Infor CPQ-Configurator based products with Infor CRM Opportunities, Quotes and Sales Orders requires:

  • Infor CPQ-Configurator implemented and configured.
  • Infor CPQ integration configuration parameters and endpoint to be defined in the Infor CRM, Infor CPQ integration form.
Note:  Only the users with the Administration role can execute this process.

On premise implementations must install and configure the Infor CPQ-Configurator prior to executing these steps. Cloud based implementations should confirm Infor CPQ-Enterprise Quoting is included in the provisioned tenant.

To enable CPQ-Configurator in Infor CRM:

  1. Select Administration > Integration. The Integrations List view is displayed.
  2. Click Infor CPQ. The Integrations Detail view is displayed.
  3. Click the Configuration Group tab; update the CPQ configurator integration parameters.
  4. Select the Enabled check box on the Infor CPQ integration Detail view.
  5. Click Save.
    The implementation of the Infor CPQ Enterprise Quoting user interface as the Infor CRM Quote user interface requires:
    • Infor CPQ Enterprise Quoting implemented and configured.
    • Infor CPQ Enterprise Quoting integration configuration parameters and endpoint to be defined in the Infor CRM, Infor CPQ integration form EQ Configuration tab.
    • EQ BOD Pack loaded and configured with the corresponding ION Connection Point Logical ID.
    • Infor CRM Master Data Consolidation option enabled.
  6. Enable CPQ-Enterprise Quote user interface:
    1. Provision Infor CRM in a common Infor Ming.le tenant with Infor CPQ Enterprise Quoting.
    2. In Infor CRM, select Administration > Integration. The Integrations List view is displayed.
    3. Click Infor CPQ. The Integrations Detail view is displayed.
    4. Update the EQ Configuration tab content based on the implementation settings of CPQ Enterprise Quoting.
    5. Update Configuration Group tab with the CPQ configurator integration parameters.
    6. Select the Enabled check box on the Infor CPQ integration Detail view.
    7. Click Save.
    8. Update Infor EQ Back Office Logical ID.
    9. Run the conversion utility and execute the process to enable the Master Data Consolidation integration to convert the pre-existing data.
