I Do Not See Updated Data

Problem Solution
My list view is not updated after importing, deleting or updating multiple records. On the list view, click (Refresh).
My pick lists do not include updated values. To refresh pick list data:
  1. On the Tools menu, click Options.
  2. Click the General tab.
  3. Click Refresh Pick List Data.
