Using the Ticket Activity Rate Detail View

Use the Ticket Activity Rate Detail view to view, edit, or delete a rate for a ticket activity type.

Note: The system administrator and users with the appropriate role can access these features.

To open the Ticket Activity Rate Detail view:

  1. On the Navigation Bar, expand Service, and then click Ticket Activity Rates.
  2. Find the ticket rate you want to open and click the Description link.

On this page you can:

  • Edit a ticket rate:
    1. Open the Ticket Activity Rate Detail view.
    2. Make changes as needed to the Type, Description, or Rate / Hour fields.
    3. Click (Save).
  • Delete a Ticket Activity Rate:
    1. Open the Ticket Activity Rate Detail view.
    2. Click (Delete).
    3. Click OK.
      Note: If you delete a ticket rate, that charge type will be removed from all previous ticket activities where it has been used. You can still view the ticket activity, but the charge type field remains blank.
