Using the Defect Activity Rate Detail View

Use the Defect Activity Rates Detail view to view, edit, or delete a rate for a defect activity type.

Note: The system administrator and users with the appropriate role can access these features.

To open the Defect Activity Rate Detail view:

  1. On the Navigation Bar expand Support, and then click Defect Activity Rates.
  2. Find the defect rate you want to open and click the Description link.

On this page you can:

  • Edit a defect activity rate:
    1. Open the Defect Activity Rate Detail view.
    2. Make changes as needed to the Type, Description, or Rate / Hour fields.
    3. Click (Save).
  • Delete a defect activity rate:
    1. Open the Defect Activity Rate Detail view.
    2. Click (Delete).
    3. Click OK.
  • View the Details tab.
