Using the Return Details tab

Use this tab to view information about the contact returning the item or to associate or disassociate assets as part of the return.

The contact information is added from the associated ticket. You cannot edit the Contact, Phone or Email fields. Use the Notes field to include additional information.

To open the Return detail tab:

  1. Open the Return detail view.
  2. Select the Details tab. If the tab is not visible, select More Tabs.

You can perform these actions:

  • Associate an asset:
    1. In the Assets to Return section, click Closed (Associate Asset).
    2. Locate and select the asset using the lookup.
    3. Click OK.
  • Disassociate an asset:
    1. Click the Disassociate link for the record to be disassociated.
    2. Right-click and then click Disassociate.
    3. Click Yes.
