Normalizing records using the Bulk Update option

You can normalize all the records using the Bulk Update option in the web UI.

Note: 
  • Only the users with Administrator role can perform these actions.
  • It is recommended to not run the bulk update, along with other bulk processes.

To normalize the records using the Bulk Update option:

  1. Select Administration > Dated Exchange Rates. The Dated Exchange Rate Periods List view is displayed.
  2. Click the Bulk Update option in the Period Tasks section, on the Task Pane. The Bulk Update window is displayed.
  3. Select the Apply rates to previously normalized data check box to apply the exchange rates, applicable for the corresponding period.
  4. Select the check box corresponding to the entities that must be normalized.
  5. Click Run.
    Note: 
    • This process replaces the bulk normalization process previously executed using the Conversion Utility.
    • If you have normalized data using prior versions of Infor CloudSuite CRM, you can use the Bulk Update option to apply the appropriate dated exchange rates to those records. The closed and the open records are updated.
